Summary 7 Card Stud Poker
Before the cards are dealt the
players must put in a Ante (opening bet). The Ante is half of the Lower
Limit of the poker table. All players then get 2 face-down and 1 face-up
card. The first betting round starts with the player showing the lowest
card value. The minimum bet he must make is the same as the Ante. The 4th,
5th and 6th card are all dealt face-up. After each card a betting round
follows. This time the player with the highest cards showing will start
the betting round. The bet is set at the Higher Limit of the Table. The
last card is dealt face-down. The 5th betting round is the final round and
after that the remaining players show their best poker hands to determine
who is the winner of the pot. Every round a player can fold and leave the
game.
